1. Information we receive

• Availability signup: the email address you enter, the signup purpose, and the version of the privacy notice shown with the form.
• Messages: your email address and information you choose to include when contacting us. Please do not send medical histories, diagnoses, payment details, or other sensitive information through this website or the signup form.
• Website delivery and security: our hosting and service providers may process technical request information, such as an IP address, browser details, requested pages, and request times, to deliver their services and prevent abuse.
• Analytics: unless you have rejected analytics, Google Analytics processes information about visits and interactions, such as pages viewed, browser and device characteristics, approximate location, and cookie identifiers. We do not intentionally send signup email addresses or medical information to Analytics.

2. How information is used

We use information to provide the requested availability notice, answer questions, manage privacy requests, operate and protect the website, and meet applicable legal obligations. When analytics is enabled, we also use visit reports to understand and improve the site. Signing up for an email does not change your analytics choice.

For requested availability emails, we rely on your request and consent. We rely on legitimate interests for proportionate website security and handling inquiries, and legal obligations where relevant. You can request removal from the availability list as described below. Analytics controls and the site's default setting are described in section 4.

3. Service providers and sharing

FormSubmit and Gmail: when you submit the signup form, your information is sent to FormSubmit, which delivers the submission to an inbox managed for LB2 using Google Gmail. FormSubmit may present Google reCAPTCHA for spam protection after you submit. These providers process information to provide their services; rejecting this site's analytics does not disable the signup service or its security checks. Google Analytics: while analytics is enabled, including under the default setting, information is sent to Google to produce website usage reports. The website's analytics configuration disables advertising personalization and Google Signals. Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Optional YouTube video: the homepage shows a thumbnail hosted on this website. The YouTube player loads only after you select Play, using YouTube's privacy-enhanced embed domain. Playing the video connects your browser to YouTube, which may receive information such as your IP address, browser details, and playback interactions under Google's Privacy Policy. Use Close player to remove the embedded player. This does not erase information already received by YouTube. You can also follow a link to watch on YouTube or visit the channel; those links take you to YouTube, where its own practices apply. Playing a video does not accept this website's optional Google Analytics.

Our hosting provider also processes requests needed to serve the website. Information may be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or the security of our services. We do not sell availability signup email addresses.

LB2 is based in the United States. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries, where privacy protections may differ from those where you live. The provider notices linked above explain their practices.

4. Cookies and your analytics choice

On a first visit, analytics is accepted by default and Google Analytics loads. The privacy choices panel opens only when you select Cookie settings in the footer. “Reject analytics” turns analytics off; “Accept analytics” turns it on. A saved rejection is honored when you return. Signing up does not change your setting.

Your cookie choice

When you choose Accept analytics or Reject analytics, the site stores a record named lb2-cookie-consent in your browser's local storage. It contains your choice, the settings version, and the decision and expiry times. This is used to remember your preference, not to track visits. A saved choice is valid for 180 days. After expiry or clearing the saved choice, analytics returns to the accepted default without opening the panel. Your browser may retain an expired record until you return or clear site data.

Optional Google Analytics cookies

While analytics is enabled, including by default, Google Analytics may set first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_* to distinguish browsers and understand visits. This website configures their lifetime to a maximum of 180 days, without extending it on each page load. Your browser may impose a shorter lifetime.

Form service security

Submitting the form takes you to FormSubmit, which may use cookies or reCAPTCHA for its own service and security. Its separate practices are described in the provider notices above.

You can review or change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer of any page. Rejecting analytics after accepting stops further measurement on this site and removes Analytics cookies accessible to this website. The page may refresh to finish turning it off. This does not erase information already received by Google.

Your choice applies to the current browser and website origin. A different device, browser, or host (such as a www version of the site), or clearing browser storage, uses the accepted default unless a rejection is saved there. If storage is unavailable, a choice applies only to the current page. If JavaScript is disabled or the settings script fails to load, this website does not load Analytics.

5. Retention and security

We retain signup information while it is needed to send the requested availability notice or until you request removal, subject to records needed for legal obligations or to honor your request. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete it or remove identifying details in the normal course of managing our records. Related messages may be retained as needed to handle inquiries or document requests.

Cookie lifetimes are described above. Retention of information already received by Analytics, email, form, and hosting services also depends on their service settings and policies; clearing browser cookies does not delete those records.

No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure. Please limit information you send to what is needed for your request.

6. Your choices and privacy requests

You can request removal from the availability list at any time by emailing info@lb2tech.com, preferably from the address you used to sign up. You can decline analytics separately using Cookie settings.

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a data protection authority. Contact us to make a request. We may need information to verify your identity before acting and will handle requests as required by applicable law.

7. Children's privacy

This website and its signup form are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can address it.

8. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the website or our practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version. If we introduce a new optional analytics purpose, we will seek new permission before using it.
